New Voile Dress...

A new Voile dress offer that fits with the B&W theme has been sent to some Stardoll members. I actually like this suit. It has nice tailoring and detail but really, Stardoll couldn't think of something a little more interesting for a good dress? What do you think about the new "dress". Also, what do you think about Voile offers not being sent to every active Stardoll member?
